Rachael "BluLotus": Rachael "BluLotus" Bynum is the Founder of Wholistic Fit Chicks and the Owner & Healing Arts Practitioner of Blu Lotus Wellness in Boca Raton, Florida. Rachael began her massage therapy career in Arkansas, where she graduated top of her class at Blue Cliff College. She has 5 years of hands on experience in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Trigger Point, and in blending Eastern & Western modalities to tailor to the clients needs. Rachael is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association and has worked closely with chiropractic physicians while treating strain patterns from everyday life, automobile injuries, and chronic pain such as fibromyalgia. She also facilitates healing through reflexology, sound healing, aromatherapy, mandalas, mantras, and crystal healing. She is a Certified Personal Trainer & AFFA Group Fitness Instructor who likes teaching Dance Fitness. As an 9 year vegetarian, she enjoys helping people transition to a plant based lifestyle.
